Our cakes are built from a short list of whole ingredients. Here is what we use, and everything you need to know about allergens.
What we use
Cashews & nuts
Soaked and blended into the silky cream layers. Most of our cakes contain nuts.
Dates
The sweet, sticky heart of most bases.
Coconut
Coconut oil and cream help the layers set without baking.
Raw cacao
For deep, dark chocolate flavour.
Fruit
Berries, mango, cherries, lemon and whatever is in season.
Natural sweeteners
Maple syrup and coconut sugar, used with care.

All our cakes are vegan. We only describe a cake as free from something once it has been checked for that cake.
