What size cake do I need?
A simple guide to portions, so nobody misses out and nothing goes to waste.
Raw cakes are rich, so slices can be a little smaller than with a sponge cake. As a rough guide:
- 6" round: 8–10 slices, good for a small family celebration.
- 8" round: 12–16 slices, good for a party or the office.
- Slices, mini cakes or bars: for trying, gifting or just for you.
